I have been lurking, reading, and watching for quite some time and am making my first attempt at doing this myself. Obviously, I have a longggggg way to go. But I figured now is as good a time as any!!
I was first "hooked" by the talented and generous Susan of Between Naps on the Porch. I have been watching all of the lovely tablescapes on Tablescape Thursday. I am hoping to post my own one of these days!!!
Anyway, I have had a few days off work and the DH is in England visiting family so I am finally going to do this...and I hope to see anyone who cares to visit about tables, china, cats, or anything else that comes to mind!

- I am a woman "of a certain age" and I love my family, my kitties, my home, and of course MY DISHES. My wonderful husband is a transplanted Brit and we have three cats who own the house. I have three sisters. We are a small family, with very different personalities…but that keeps things fun! I am the one who loves a gracious table, tea parties, and being at home. We live in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains where it is beautiful year round. I work for a local hospital as a medical coder.
